  • What do I need to provide for the cleaning?
    We bring all the cleaning products and supplies needed for your service — including cloths, sprays, disinfectants, gloves, and more. However, we do ask that you provide a working vacuum, broom, mop, and bucket for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    No, you don’t need to be home — many of our clients provide us with a spare key, door code, or arrange access in advance. Your security and privacy are our top priority, and our staff are trained, vetted professionals.

  • What kind of cleaning products do you use?
    We use high-quality, professional-grade cleaning products that are effective and safe for your home. If you have allergies or preferences (such as eco-friendly or scent-free products), just let us know — we’re happy to accommodate.

  • Do you clean homes with pets?
    Absolutely! We love pets. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. We recommend securing your pets during the cleaning for their safety and to help us clean more efficiently.

  • What areas of the home do you clean?
    We offer full-home cleanings, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces. Services include dusting, wiping surfaces, sanitizing, floor cleaning, and more. We also offer add-on services upon request (e.g. inside ovens, inside refrigerators, etc.).

  • Do I need to do anything before the cleaners arrive?
    We recommend picking up any personal items, laundry, or clutter so we can focus on cleaning. Also, please ensure your vacuum, mop, broom, and bucket are accessible and in working condition.

  • Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
    Yes! All of our cleaners are fully insured, bonded, and have passed thorough background checks for your peace of mind.

  • What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
    Your satisfaction is our top priority. If anything isn’t up to standard, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right — at no extra charge.

  • How do I schedule a cleaning or get a quote?
    You can schedule a cleaning or request a free quote by phone, email, or through our website. We'll ask a few quick questions about your home size and needs, and then set up a convenient time for service.
