Everything You Need to Know
1. What do I need to provide for the cleaning?
Clients must provide a working vacuum, broom, mop, bucket, and toilet brush, as well as access to a step ladder for high or hard-to-reach areas. If these items are unavailable, cleaning may be limited or cannot proceed. We bring all other cleaning supplies, including cloths, sprays, disinfectants, and gloves.

2. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You do not need to be home, but safe, unobstructed access must be provided via key, entry code, or in-person presence. Pets and valuables should be secured. No access or absence without notice will be treated as a no-show, and fees will apply.

3. Do you require a walk-through before my first cleaning?
Yes. Walk-throughs are required prior to your first cleaning, after a lapse of two (2) months or more, or as otherwise deemed necessary. Walk-throughs last 15–30 minutes to assess your home, discuss priorities, and create a tailored cleaning plan.

Missed Walk-throughs / Access Issues: If a walk-through is missed or access is not provided, a secondary walk-through must be scheduled at an additional fee.

4. How do deposits and payments work?
Full payment for your scheduled service is required at booking and prior to scheduling the walk-through.

Cancel before the walk-through: Full refund

Cancel after the walk-through (within the cancellation window): $50 deposit retained, remaining balance refunded

Cancel after the cutoff: Standard cancellation fees apply, up to 100% of the scheduled service cost
5. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

More than 48 hours’ notice: No fee

24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of service cost if a new appointment cannot be accommodated

Less than 24 hours / same-day: 100% of service cost
Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis. Rescheduling without penalty is allowed if requested ≥48 hours in advance and a suitable time is available.
6. What if I miss my cleaning appointment?
No-shows occur if we cannot access your home or no one is present without notice. Fees equal 100% of the scheduled service, and deposits are retained.
7. Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes! Please secure pets for their safety and to allow us to clean efficiently.

8. What areas of the home do you clean?
We provide full-home cleanings, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces. Services include dusting, wiping surfaces, sanitizing, floor cleaning, and more. Add-on services (e.g., inside ovens or refrigerators) are available upon request.

9. Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Yes. All cleaners are fully insured, bonded, and have passed thorough background checks.
10. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Notify us within 24 hours of your service. We may offer a return visit or service credit. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or unsecured items.

11. How do I schedule a cleaning or get a quote?
You can schedule a cleaning or request a quote via phone, email, or through our website. For your first cleaning, please select “Initial Cleaning” rather than recurring cleaning. We’ll collect details about your home and schedule your walk-through and cleaning service.
