Service Description

Walk-Through Appointment Schedule a brief walk-through with our professional cleaning team to ensure your home receives a cleaning plan tailored to your needs. During this 15–30 minute visit, we’ll evaluate your space, discuss priorities, and answer questions to create a customized plan for a thorough, efficient, and stress-free first cleaning. What We Cover During the Walk-Through: •Property Details: Number of rooms, bathrooms, and overall layout •Cleaning Priorities: Areas you want us to focus on or any special requests •Access Instructions: How our team will safely and securely enter your home •Preparation Tips: Guidance for preparing your home so cleaning runs smoothly Service Payment & Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required at booking and prior to scheduling the walk-through. •Cancel before the walk-through: Full refund •Cancel after the walk-through: $50 deposit retained, remaining balance refunded if within cancellation window •Cancel after cutoff: Standard fees apply Access & Rescheduling: Clients must provide safe, unobstructed access. If access is not provided for the scheduled walk-through or the walk-through is missed, it will be treated as a no-show, the $50 deposit will be retained, and a secondary walk-through must be scheduled at an additional fee. Walk-throughs may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional time beyond 30 minutes may incur extra charges.


Cancellation Policy

When a Walk-Through is Needed: A walk-through is required prior to your first cleaning or after a lapse in service of two (2) months or more, or as otherwise deemed necessary. Walk-throughs typically last 15–30 minutes and allow our team to evaluate your home, review priorities, and create a tailored cleaning plan. Missed Walk-Throughs: If a walk-through is missed, a secondary walk-through must be scheduled at an additional fee. Service Payment & Cancellation Policy: Full payment for the scheduled cleaning is required at the time of booking and prior to scheduling the walk-through. •Cancellation before the walk-through: Clients receive a full refund of all payments. •Cancellation after the walk-through: A $50 nonrefundable deposit will be retained, and any remaining balance will be refunded if cancellation occurs within the standard cancellation window. •Cancellation after the cutoff: Standard cancellation fees apply, up to 100% of the scheduled service cost. Access Requirements: Clients must provide safe, unobstructed access via key, entry code, or in-person presence. If access is not provided at the scheduled walk-through, it will be considered a no-show, the $50 deposit will be retained, and a secondary walk-through must be scheduled at an additional fee. Rescheduling & Additional Time: Walk-throughs may be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Requests within 48 hours may result in deposit retention. Walk-throughs outside of normal business hours may require special approval. Additional time beyond 30 minutes may incur extra charges. Limitation of Liability: Lavender Lake Cleaning Co. is not responsible for missed walk-throughs due to client unavailability, inability to access the property, or other circumstances beyond our control.
