Service Description
Service Description: Our move-in and move-out cleaning service is designed to prepare a home for new occupants. The service includes deep cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces, including dusting, wiping surfaces, sanitizing, vacuuming, and floor care. We focus on creating a hygienic, welcoming space, ensuring the property is ready for move-in or move-out. Client Requirements: Empty Apartment: The space must be cleared of personal belongings and furniture. Our team does not lift or move heavy items. Client-Provided Tools & Supplies: Clients must provide a working vacuum, broom, mop, bucket, toilet brush, and access to a step ladder for high or hard-to-reach areas. Cleaning quality will depend on the tools supplied; for example, using a light dust mop or disposable floor cloth may limit the thoroughness of floor cleaning. Access: Safe, unobstructed access to the property via key, entry code, or in-person presence is required. Walk-Through: A walk-through may be required prior to the service to assess the property, discuss priorities, and customize the cleaning plan. Payment & Deposit: Full payment for the scheduled service is required at the time of booking and prior to scheduling the walk-through. Cancellation before the walk-through will receive a full refund. If the walk-through is completed and the service is canceled within the standard cancellation window, a $50 nonrefundable deposit will be retained, and any remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellation after the cutoff: standard cancellation fees apply. Cancellation & Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Fees apply for late cancellations or no-shows in accordance with our standard cancellation policy. Property Condition & Additional Fees: For heavily soiled or damaged properties, additional fees may apply to account for the extra time and effort required to complete the cleaning to professional standards.

LAVENDER LAKE CLEANING CO. — CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT & POLICIES Lavender Lake Cleaning Co. provides reliable, high-quality cleaning services. Please review our policies regarding walk-throughs, deposits, payments, cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, client-provided supplies, access, and liability. WALK-THROUGH POLICY A walk-through is required before your first cleaning or after a lapse of two (2) months or more. Walk-throughs last 15–30 minutes and allow our team to assess your home, discuss priorities, and create a tailored cleaning plan. Missed Walk-Throughs: If a walk-through is missed or access is not provided, a secondary walk-through must be scheduled at an additional fee. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY Full payment is required at booking and before scheduling the walk-through. Cancel before a walk-through: full refund; after walk-through: $50 deposit retained, balance refunded if within cancelation policy window; after cutoff: up to 100% fee. ACCESS & SAFETY Clients must provide safe, unobstructed access via key, entry code, or in-person. Pets and valuables should be secured. We do not clean hazardous areas or move heavy furniture. If access is not provided at the walk-through, it is a no-show. $50 deposit is retained and a secondary walk-through requires an additional fee. CLIENT-PROVIDED SUPPLIES Clients must provide a working vacuum, broom, mop, bucket, and step ladder for high or hard-to-reach areas. Cleaning may be limited if these items are unavailable. Full service cannot proceed until required supplies are provided. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING >48 hrs notice: No fee 24–48 hrs notice: 50% of service if reschedule cannot be accommodated <24 hrs / same-day: 100% of service Emergencies handled case-by-case. Rescheduling without penalty requires ≥48 hours’ notice and an available slot. NO-SHOW POLICY No-shows occur if we cannot access your home or no one is present. Full service charges apply and deposits are retained. SATISFACTION & LIABILITY Notify us within 24 hours if unsatisfied. Return visits or service credits may be offered. Not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or unsecured items. COMMUNICATION & REFUNDS All changes must be communicated through official channels and confirmed. Cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable, though service credits may be offered at our discretion. By booking with Lavender Lake Cleaning Co. you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
