Trust us to create a welcoming and hygienic atmosphere in your one-bedroom apartment." *Please note: An additional $30 fee applies to all first-time cleanings to account for the extra time and attention needed to get your space to our maintenance standard.
Cancellation Policy
Lavender Lake Cleaning Co. - Cancellation Policy At Lavender Lake Cleaning Co., we understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your residential cleaning service. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Window: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a cleaning appointment. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. This helps us cover the time reserved for you and allows us to continue providing quality service to all our clients. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their cleaning appointment without incurring a cancellation fee if the request is made at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled service. Emergency Situations: In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we understand that cancellations might be unavoidable. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. No-Show Policy: Failure to provide notice of cancellation and not being present at the scheduled cleaning appointment will result in a no-show fee equivalent to the full cost of the booked service. Communication: All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to Lavender Lake Cleaning Co. through our official channels, including phone or email. We do not consider cancellations valid unless confirmed by our team. Refund Policy: Cancellation fees are non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases, we may consider providing credit for future services at our discretion. By booking our residential cleaning services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our cancellation policy. Lavender Lake Cleaning Co. reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at any time, and any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
