Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their cleaning appointment without incurring a cancellation fee if the request is made at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled service. Emergency Situations: In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we understand that cancellations might be unavoidable. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. No-Show Policy: Failure to provide notice of cancellation and not being present at the scheduled cleaning appointment will result in a no-show fee equivalent to the full cost of the booked service. We do not consider cancellations valid unless confirmed by our team. Refund Policy: Cancellation fees are non-refundable.
